1.) "Add your personalization" (in the box shown in this listing)
2.) Add to cart and checkout
3.) When I receive your order the files are personalized with your provided info
4.) Digital Files: emailed to the email address listed on your Etsy account within 1-2 business days
5.) Print orders: a Proof is sent via Etsy message within 1-2 business days for approval before printing. When
approved your printed cards will ship out in 4-7 business days. UPS Ground takes about 4-7 business days to arrive.

Please make sure all of the info you provide is spelled correctly and typed exactly as you would like it on your card files. We are not responsible for errors in your info and there is an additional charge to make corrections once the files are completed. Proofs are only provided on print orders. If an error is made on my behalf I will gladly correct it.

*Business days are Monday-Friday, 10:00AM-5:00PM (MST). We are closed weekends and holidays.

Digital Files sent to you are print quality .PDF files (300dpi resolution)

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR DIGITAL FILE:

1. Log in to your Etsy account
2. Click on “Your Account” (top right)
3. Choose “Purchases and reviews”
4. Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)
5. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders

Digital files: Did I make an error? I'd be happy to correct your file! Please contact me immediately. If it's been a while since you ordered there may be a file update charge.

Print orders: Did you receive your print order and noticed a problem? Please contact me immediately with photos of multiple items (20 or more pieces) showing the order issue.

*Borders on printed items are not recommended due to possible cutting shifts. This is especially noticeable on small items, even half a millimeter of cutting shift may cause designs with borders to look uneven. The industry standard for cutting tolerance is anything within 1/16" inches. Since we do not recommend borders. Orders with borders will not be reprinted if they appear slightly off.
